On June 22, 2020 President Trump issued an addendum to Presidential Proclamation 10014, effectively suspending entry of various non-resident alien visa categories.
Join us as we discuss this addendum with Karin Lestelle of Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy, LLP. We will be focusing on what this means for current VISA holders while also exploring how this plays into the greater context of current travel bans and what future restrictions may be on the horizon.
Introductory remarks will be given by Mary Beth Lambert, FACC NY’s Associate Director of International Career Development Programs.
