Following the recent Federal renewal of the Payroll Protection Program (PPP) on April 24th, Perelson Weiner LLP will be presenting a full update and what it means for businesses looking to take advantage of the program.
Partner Benjamin Gadon and Manager Director John R. Lieberman will provide updated information on loan/grant eligibility, the specifics behind how much an entity may receive from the updated program, the use of the received funds as it pertains to loan forgiveness, future bank requirements & audits, and the potential consequences attached to the program.
The webinar will be one hour with one-third of the time devoted to questions and answers.

John R. Lieberman has dedicated his practice for over twenty‐five years to assisting the owners of closely held companies with their business tax planning and risk management and high net worth individuals with their wealth management needs. He has extensive experience in a broad range of industries from the entertainment and sports industry to media, real estate and healthcare companies both private and public.
