FACC-NY: Force Majeure & Supply Chain Considerations

In these unprecedented times, every business has been impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic in some manner.

The French-American Chamber of Commerce NY Chapter will host Donna Frosco, Esq., Partner at Dunnington, Bartholow & Miller LLP, to explore contract considerations relating to impacts from supply chain disruption, quarantine orders, government shut-downs and other circumstances beyond a contracting party’s control.  Ms. Frosco will discuss legal considerations as businesses evaluate what they can do now to protect their rights and attempt to avoid or reduce contractual liabilities; what comes next and how businesses can begin to plan for the uncertain future.

Donna Frosco is a Partner at Dunnington Bartholow & Miller LLP, and a member of the firm’s Litigation, Arbitration & Mediation, Intellectual Property, Advertising, Art & Fashion Law, and International practice groups. Ms. Frosco is counsel to clients ranging from start‐ups and individual entrepreneurs to Fortune 100 companies. She has extensive first‐chair litigation experience and has successfully contested issues of the first impression in complex cases – both at trial and through appeals. She also counsels both foreign and domestic clients on the United States dispute resolution strategies. Ms. Frosco has appeared before the United States federal and state courts, the International Trade Commission, the Trademark Trial, and Appeal Board and various administrative agencies.
