International Women’s Day (March 8) is a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women. The day also marks a call to action for accelerating women’s equality.

On this special day, the FACC Women in Business (WIB) Committee is delighted to host a discussion featuring a panel of female executives working in traditionally male-dominated industries to speak on female involvement in decision-making during the pandemic and its recovery efforts.

This webinar will begin with a presentation on the importance of resilience and leadership in dramatically changing times. Following the presentation, the panel will serve as an opportunity for women leaders to discuss their strategies, concerns and experiences of leading in the pandemic, highlighting the critical roles of women at the front lines of the crisis.
