FACC Chicago Webinar: Launching an Online Pastry and Baking Business in a Time of Crisis

Jacquy Pfeiffer, Co-Founder of the French Pastry School, will tell the story of The Butter Book, a project 3 years in the making that launched just before the COVID-19 crisis. He will speak about the vision behind The Butter Book and what type of adjustments had to be implemented given the current situation.
