In January 2014, Chef Simon Herfray, launched Atelier Sucré, a culinary company focused on catering and teaching the fine art of French pastry making through classes and workshops, both in-person and virtual. Chef Simon enjoys sharing his expertise in and passion for French pastry and dessert-making with the New York City community through classes and catering. Chef Simon works with local, seasonal produce, and uses exclusive ingredients from France and international locales around the world.
