MEET THE SPEAKERS
Armin Gray received his JD and LLM in taxation from NYU School of Law where he concentrated on business law and taxation. Prior to forming Gray Tolub, Armin was an attorney at several big law firms. He was also an adjunct professor at NYLS. He frequently writes and speaks on various topics focusing on taxation.
Benjamin Tolub is both French and American and co-founder of Gray Tolub, a New York law firm that specializes in international taxation, M&A, real estate, and trust & estates. With a French, Luxembourg, and US experience, he advises individuals, hedge funds, private equity firms, and multi-nationals in US inbound and outbound transactions.
